My progressive approach is built around structured training load, and includes strength sessions with detailed video demonstrations to ensure proper execution, as well as tailored cross-training options such as cycling, ski touring, or cross-country skiing.


After an initial consultation to define your goals, I design programs tailored to your needs, evolving based on your feedback and progress.
Each week, I review your completed sessions, adjust your training plan, and answer your questions directly through the NÖLIÖ platform. I’m available 7 days a week via message, with a guaranteed response within 24 hours. Your sessions are refined and optimized weekly—and even mid-week if needed.

One to one coaching
Sometimes all you need is a little guidance to know how to train effectively for trail running. Whether you’re just starting out or already experienced, in-person coaching can make all the difference. It’s more than just a training plan—it’s a tailored experience designed around your goals, your level, and the terrain you run on.
My presence alongside you on the trail ensures precise technical guidance. I help you refine your stride, manage elevation gain, strengthen your body to handle more miles, and optimize your recovery. Every movement and every posture is corrected to reduce injury risk and increase efficiency.
Structure of an in-person trail training session:
Warm-up
Each session begins with targeted activation: joint mobility, neuromuscular priming, and running drills. The goal? Preparing your body to handle climbs, descents, and accelerations without breaking down.
Main session
Depending on your objective (short trail, ultra, technical course, mountain event…), the session is fully personalized. Hill work, downhill running, functional strength, proprioception, pacing strategies—every workout is designed to build your physical and technical abilities as a trail runner, even on the toughest terrain.
Cool-down & active recovery
We finish with breathing or relaxation exercises to help your body recover efficiently and make lasting progress.
But the greatest benefit is the energy you feel when you’re no longer training alone. With a coach by your side, you gain motivation, consistency, and confidence. I’m here to keep you engaged, adapt your sessions to how you feel on the day, and turn every outing into a real step forward.
