My progressive approach is based on training load and includes strength and conditionning with videos detailing each exercise to ensure proper execution and personalized cross-training such as cycling, ski touring, or cross-country skiing.

After an initial consultation to define your goals, I propose programs tailored to your needs, evolving with your feedback and progress. Each week, I analyze your completed sessions, adjust your training plan, and answer your questions via the NÖLIÖ platform. I am available 7 days a week by message, with a response within 24 hours. I adjust and optimize your sessions every week and during the week if necessary. You will also have access to a personal online space and the NÖLIÖ mobile app to facilitate your follow-up.
